Prize
One winner will receive a free Jump House rental for one six hour day. Value of prize $175.00. Delivery is free within ten miles of Green Bay Wisconsin. Out lying areas are subject to delivery charges to be paid by winner.Prizes are not transferable. There will be no cash or substitutions of prize except Jakes Jumpers LLC reserve the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable for any reason.

One entry per household per day. Only valid e-mail address will be allowed. All entries must be completed fully to be eligible. All entries become the property of Jakes Jumpers LLC. Prize Winners will be randomly drawn under the supervision of Jakes Jumpers LLC, whose decisions are final. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted before the final day of the month.The total number of qualified entries received will determine odds of winning. The winners will be announced on the first Monday of each month of June, July,and August, 2010 on Jakesjumperscom. All winners will be notified via email.

Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 21 days after notification and before any prize will be awarded. Jakes Jumpers LLC, employees, representatives, partners and agents, accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the prize awarded in this contest. If prize is not claimed or accepted, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Taxes and delivery are the sole responsibility of the winner. Jakes Jumpers LLC shall have the right to use winner's name, photo and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for no additional compensation.

Jakes Jumpers LLC will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind. Jakes Jumpers LLC reserve the right to make changes in the terms and conditions, which will become effective upon announcement. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
